What’s hot right now in the world of custom glass?

Looking back at 2025, we saw several standout glass and hardware trends take center stage — and we expect many of them to continue evolving in 2026.

Warm metallic finishes were everywhere in 2025, especially in showers. Gold and bronze hardware brought warmth, contrast, and a high-end feel to bathrooms, and this trend shows no signs of slowing down. In 2026, we anticipate even more homeowners pairing these finishes with clean glass lines for a timeless yet modern look.

Fluted (or reeded) glass also surged in popularity last year, particularly in cabinet doors, accent walls, and room dividers. This textured glass offers privacy while still allowing light to flow — making it both functional and stylish. 

Another bold statement trend we expect to see more of in 2026 is black gridded glass in shower enclosures. This industrial-inspired look continues to appeal to homeowners seeking strong visual structure and contrast, especially in modern and transitional bathrooms.
